Peter Mottershead returns to Cstudios Art Gallery for his third solo exhibition, presenting a new body of work developed over the past twelve months.

Confluence of Order and Chaos explores the relationship between human order and the perceived chaos of natural systems and entropic forces.

The exhibition considers how we might view the structures of our environment in a more playful way, while seeking a closer relationship between human activity and the natural world.

For Mottershead, nature is ultimately more powerful than the individual. Rather than attempting to dominate it, the works propose a search for confluence, where human systems and natural forces can coexist.

Opening: Saturday 26 September, 4 to 6pm
